David S. Bahuriak, Founder
David S. Bahuriak has practiced criminal law since his graduation from law school in 1996. He has used his experience in hundreds of trials ranging from murder to white collar crime. Because of his intricate understanding of the criminal justice process, he is often able to obtain far more favorable outcomes than his peers. Among the legal community of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, David is known as a skilled negotiator and tireless advocate for his clients. He was voted as a New Jersey Super Lawyer Rising Star for three straight years.
Prior to entering private practice, David was a member of the New Jersey Public Defender's Office in one of the busiest courts in the State, Camden, New Jersey, where he served as a trial team litigator. Immediately upon graduating from law school, he served as a judicial clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, criminal division.
In addition to his criminal practice, David has extensive experience in entertainment and sports law, having represented numerous performers and athletes.
David received his Juris Doctorate at the George Mason School of Law in Arlington, Virginia. He is a graduate with honors of Penn State University, majoring in Psychology with a minor focus in business. In addition to his legal career, David is involved in numerous business and community activities throughout Philadelphia. He is also fluent in Spanish.

Donald M. Benedetto, Associate
Prior to joining the firm, Don was Law Clerk to the Honorable Samuel D. Natal in the Superior Court of New Jersey, criminal division. He also held notable internships with the Camden County Prosecutor's Office, The United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the New Jersey State Senate.
Prior to attending law school, Don spent over eight years working in the information technology field in addition to being honorably discharged from the United States Navy. He is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, New Jersey where he was a Deans Scholar, Eagleton Fellow and member of the editorial board of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy. Don majored in Political Science at Saint Joseph's University where he graduated as an inductee to Phi Beta Kappa.

Rosa Barreca – Of Counsel
Rosa concentrates her practice in immigration and naturalization Law and has been affiliated with the firm since 2003. Prior to her legal career, Rosa gained practical experience dealing with the immigration system as a Deportation Officer for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Formerly the Immigration and Naturalization Service. Rosa also has an extensive background in domestic violence litigation and is fluent in Spanish.
Rosa is a graduate of the Rutgers University School of Law at Newark, New Jersey, and was a dual major at LaSalle University in Philadelphia where she studied Criminal Justice and Sociology.
