"Our attorneys are committed to providing our clients with professional, courteous and responsive treatment whether they are a businessman charged with a white collar crime or an individual facing criminal charges."

Federal Appeals

Federal Appeals are initially filed in the United States Circuit Courts for Appeals, and, potentially rise to the level of the United States Supreme Court.  There are a total of eleven Circuit Courts which hear appeals from the District level courts based on geographical location.  While the Bahuriak Law Group operates with regularity in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, which includes the geographic locations of Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the U.S. Virgin Islands, we are fully prepared to operate in any Circuit Court in the U.S.  and relish the opportunity to seek vindication for citizens wrongfully convicted.

In the Circuit Courts, the vast resources of the United States government are your adversary.  The United States Attorney's Office for the District of your conviction, as well as the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. itself will be pitted against you.   The Bahuriak Law Group is not afraid to aggressively stand up to the Government on your behalf and will fight tirelessly on your appeal.  If you feel that mistakes were made during your trial, or a loved one of yours was recently convicted of a crime in federal court, contact the appellate attorneys at the BLG to discuss your options on appeal.
